Iceland Unlimited was essential to making my Iceland trip go off without a hitch during a hectic time period. So, I was actually with my 85-year-old mom whom I consider my friend, but the drop down box didn’t give me that choice! We booked an accessible tour because my mom has trouble walking, especially on uneven ground. After discussing the issue with Christina at Iceland Unlimited, we decided to book that tour and Christina even arranged for a wheel chair rental during our stay. We would have like to have seen the sun a bit, but overall the tour was wonderful. We were with a lady who uses a wheelchair and her adult son, and our guide Siggy was exemplary...

10 of us just returned from our 11 day, self drive guided tour that we booked through Lisa at Iceland Unlimited. After much research we were so lucky to find this company and Lisa. Trying to prepare an 11 day tour for 10 women is quite a challenge as we all had so many things we wanted to see and do. Lisa was extremely patient, accessible and accomplished all of our goals. (Long review sorry, but I want to rave about my trip!) Fantastic company! I recently decided to travel for to Iceland for a week-long trip with my 3 children (a 13-year-old and two 11-year-olds). Given that I had never been there, that I would be the only adult (and driver), that they really haven't traveled outside the US, that I don't have much free time to plan a trip, and that we wanted to pack in a bunch of activities to make the most of our time, I decided to look for help in planning. I have nothing but praise for Iceland Unlimited, and in particular for Zeynep Sidal who managed our tour and bookings. She took care of everything, from airport transfers to hotel reservations, tour bookings and entrances to all the sites that were included in the programme. She managed to organise our trip within a very short time-frame, answered all our questions, provided us with a lot of information and replied to our emails promptly...

From the very beginning communication was excellent, hotel was perfect for my mobility impaired husband and our two day trips with our very knowledgeable guide, Karl, were just brilliant. I typically do not use a travel agency but quickly became overwhelmed when planning our Icelandic adventure. After much research and investigation, I decided to use the services of Iceland Unlimited to help me plan our 12 day journey. This turned out to be one of the best travel decisions I have made. Ms. Guðrún Halla Friðjónsdóttir was our contact person and she did a fantastic job. When my fiancé and I decided to go to Iceland, I did A LOT of research about who to work with. While I'm a seasoned traveller, he was a little more wary about going on such a big trip, particularly as he's never travelled abroad. Iceland Unlimited continued showing up in my web searches, so we decided to contact them. Juliane responded immediately, answering all our questions, and we decided to book on the spot. We were torn between a few of their packages, but Juliane offered great advice on how to make the most of our trip and which package would encompass what WE wanted to do in Iceland...
